    initial it is hard and getting the result

    Cleanse juice was good and when I got to know the benefits initially I felt like it was hard so day by day I felt that difference in my body I highly recommended

    Tough but Rewarding

    I took a two day course and the last day reverted to the level one course. It ws challenging as I felt a lot more light headed and listless during the those days. This was just after Xmas. My recommendation is to do this programme over a weekend.

    In comparison, the level one does not hit as hard. However, when one returned to normal diet, I felt more energised and generally much clearer mentally.
